Mr. Ooi Tat Chen (Joe) focuses on conveyancing matters; including but not limited to, housing development projects, sub-sale agreements, buying or selling land, commercial and residential properties. He handles various types of commercial agreements as well. Joe has the experience of working closely with developers and handling Housing Development Projects and assisting end-buyers in obtaining bank loan and dealing with financing banks and handling the financing and refinancing transactions. It is his principle and commitment to ensure clients’ interests are fully protected and compliance of all legal aspects of sale and purchase of property agreements at all times and managed it efficiently and effectively.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from 2018, a Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) in 2019, and was admitted to Bar as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia in the year 2022.

Ms. Crystal Pua Zi Wei
